Finally an entire weekend devoted to the studio - New work and being with my hounds ! A full Saturday of welding an armature for an 8 foot seahorse and two very happy dogs lounging along on the studio couch. The works out for exhibition are doing well and I was honored to receive notice that Fernando is featured on the brochure cover for the Tuscawilla Park exhibit in Ocala as well as being the people's choice award winner. Way to go Fernando and thank you Ocala!
Students are bustling and busy with work for the student show at the end of the month and planning and prepping is happening for an open house in April. We are all very busy little bees for spring. I am looking forward to actually mixing up a huge batch of Crete Chae Clay and getting into the sculpting over my armature in the next few weeks . So to all of you who have been so patient in the crete chae department video is coming as I build this new seahorse.
